I visited Dr Lewis to have some old veneers replaced on six of my upper teeth. I had braces and my first set of veneers twenty years ago (I am 53) initially to improve the color and shape of my teeth and correct the midline between my front teeth.. The braces and veneers were only partially successful because my teeth were still too many and too large. I had run out of teeth that could be removed to make extra space to further straighten my teeth. Over the years I resigned myself to having a slightly wonky smile. During my consultation with Dr Lewis, however, I asked if he could completely straighten my front teeth, correct the midline and balance my smile by making the front teeth less prominent, He agreed this was possible. By using full crowns on all my upper teeth Dr Lewis was able to correct the position of my upper teeth so they are completely straight and all in the correct, symmetrical position and a healthy colour.. Penny is the first person I see when I walk in the door, and I'm always greeted with a big smile and a great conversation while waiting for my appointment. Roxanne is hands down the best dental hygienist I've ever had - very thorough and makes the cleaning fly by pain free. Dr. Lewis gave me a beautiful set of his no-prep veneers, and Roxan does a fantastic job helping me maintain them. I could transfer to a dentist much closer to downtown, but there's really no other dental office I can trust and enjoy visiting more than Texas Center for Cosmetic Dentistry. More

The receptionist Penny usually greets me, confirms my schedule and offers me refreshing drinks or snacks, after my visit and is very personable too. My dental hygienist is Roxanne, who I request personally for each cleaning because she is very thorough, very professional, as well as pleasant and engaging. In fact I think that all the staff interactions I've ever had, have been always helpful, friendly and focused on my oral hygiene and dental well being. The reception, office and dental facilities are top class and utilize the latest proven dental technologies. I have had dental work from Dr Lewis and a number of his dental associates over the years. I have been a patient of Dr. Lewis' since 1996 ?when I had a lucky day and picked him out of a phone book as the dentist to do my first root canal. I have lived in other states, as I do now, and make the trip to the Woodlands to see Dr. Lewis and it is well worth it. I have a LOT of cosmetic dentistry due to tetracycline staining. I have used other dentists due to convenience when I was not living in Texas and these resulted in dental disasters which had to be repaired/redone by Dr. Lewis. Very few dentists have the attention to detail that Dr. Lewis has when it comes to cosmetic dentistry. It is important to everyone at his office that I feel comfortable with what needs to be done, and the staff and Dr. Lewis are very good at listening to what is going on and what the end result should be. Dr. Atabakhsh is someone whose services I had hoped I would never need, but when I did, the care I received was outstanding and caring. Dr. Lewis' office manager Cristine has helped me out on weekends and after hours when I have had a few crisis events with my teeth, and it is reassuring to know that she is always there to help. I cannot say enough about Brenda, Dr. Lewis' assistant. She is so caring and kind and very compassionate. Penny at the front is always cheerful and happy to help. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say I am very appreciative of the smile that I have because of Dr. Lewis and his amazing staff. My teeth were incredibly bad, and they have been turned into a work of art. I can't make this stuff up! ;) As I tell Dr. Lewis, the only thing wrong with him is that he is a Sooner fan (I am a Longhorn). Thank you for everything! More
Broke a tooth below the gum line on Christmas Eve while at a lake cabin 99 miles from The Woodlands. Contacted Texas Center for Cosmetic Dentistry on the morning of December 26th and was told that Dr. Fisher would work me into an already full afternoon schedule. The staff were extremely accommodating on very short notice, and Ashley and Dr. Fisher took care of my broken tooth in a most professional manner. I highly recommend their services, and I am really picky about going to a dentist. So why five stars? I really can’t think of anything that the whole staff could have done better, from the front desk making my appointments, to the Dr. and his staff going out of their way to address my broken tooth issue the day after Christmas. Upon my visit to have permanent crowns placed, I experienced some pain that is not normally encountered when removing the temporary pieces. I am new to Houston/The Woodlands and found Dr. Fisher after a terrible experience with another Houston dentist.Long story short the other dentist told me my teeth were terrible and I was looking at a full mouth of implants by the age of 35-40. A bit of a shocker for someone that keeps floss, a tooth brush and paste in my car, at work, at my parents and of course my own house! After seeking a second option with Dr. Fisher he put my mind at ease. Of course, there were some teeth that needed to be fixed but he advised me on which ones to fix first and others that just needed to be watched. This morning while driving to work one of my fillings from the previous dentist had came out. I frantically called Dr. Fisher and they got me an appointment in no time. I am currently in the middle of switching insurances and Ms. Peggy (front office) was kind enough to speak with Dr. Fisher and they together worked out a plan for me to have my tooth fixed. I would recommend Dr. Fisher and his staff to anyone that is looking for a dentist and staff that actually cares about their patients. They are so very kind and generous. The surgery was performed following my initial examination visit at which time he explained the procedure in detail to me and answered all of my questions. I had no complications during or after the surgery, and my dentist was able to complete the crown work after a two week healing process. I had been suffering with loose and infected teeth for the past few years. It was affecting my personal life, my job, and my health. Finally my cardiologist said that I had to fix my teeth because I was at risk for another heart attack! Dr. Atabakhsh was the only periodontist that I could trust with my treatment. He is a licensed periodontist who can do I.V. sedation, so all of my treatment was done while I was sleep. He saved my teeth and replaced the missing teeth with dental implants. More
Before I moved to Houston in 2012, I had two root canals done on my two front teeth. However, before I could get crowns they both broke off. The appearance my mouth had, made me a prisoner in my own house. I refused to smile or meet anyone publicly if possible. While getting ready for church on Sunday mornings, I would watch the Best Docs program. Dr. Guy Lewis just stood out to me as the dentist I would try to get to do my major dental work. I contacted his office, and from the moment I entered his office, everyone was exceptionally pleasant to me. I had a huge fear of going to the dentist, but that was quickly put to rest after Dr. Lewis told me they were going to make me smile again, and stated Dr. David Fisher would be doing my work. Words cannot express the happiness this office has brought into my life. I am smiling so much now, that my friends are joking constantly telling me to please close my mouth! This is a little late in coming, but it's to a great team who will never be forgotten. After my hefty dental makeover, we had to make a big move to Europe. We miss our "little family". After meeting Dr. Lewis I knew he was the dentist for me. He gave me all different options but I decided to go with his own brand of veneers that did not require any filing of my teeth ( I was really worried about having to file my teeth). He helped me personalize my shape, size and color just the way I wanted them. He also did the zoom whitening on my fiance . We both were so pleased with the final outcome, we even started driving from downtown just to get our cleanings there. I would not recommend any other dentist! More

Excellent treatment - I hope you can pass along to your entire staff my thanks for the excellent treatment I received yesterday. Everyone made me feel as thought they were going above-and-beyond the call of duty. Dr Lewis and Dr. Atabakhsh are both practitioners without peer. My entire experience was virtually pain free and that speaks volumes about their expertise. Amy and Brenda's attentiveness was wonderful and Jennifer's massage during my time in the chair was over the top. Talking with my fiancé this morning, I don't image there is another facility around that would be willing to do as much as you all did for me in one sitting (which I think was around 12 hours). The temps I have in now look great so I can't even image how good the permanent teeth will look. I am extremely excited about the whole procedure and would really appreciate it if you could extend my thanks to your entire crew. If there is anyone I have failed to mention here I apologize.
