I had a great experience with Dr. Lewis and his staff. Over the years my teeth were destroyed by grinding them. My local dentist told me I needed to get them repaired before I started to have chronic issues. I live two hours from his office and he accomodated me by getting everything done is just a few visits. My wife says I have a movie star smile now. We own a pharmacy and are constantly in the public eye. I had braces and my first set of veneers twenty years ago (I am 53) initially to improve the color and shape of my teeth and correct the midline between my front teeth.. The braces and veneers were only partially successful because my teeth were still too many and too large. I had run out of teeth that could be removed to make extra space to further straighten my teeth. Over the years I resigned myself to having a slightly wonky smile. I brought my daughter to Dr. Lewis's office because she had some staining and bonding issues from previous dental work which she was highly sensitive about, and felt like her smile was ugly. She has always hated the dentist, but after her experience at this office, she will be a forever patient. After her cleaning with Leigh, who made her feel beautiful, her faith in dentistry was restored. This office and their staff was amazing and I can't recommend them more. On Tuesday, July 6, 2021 I went into Dr. Guy Lewis' office for my regularly scheduled 6-month teeth cleaning. What a great Dental Hygienist: Lee Cook was so great! Thank you Lee! Here is why she is so great: as she worked on my teeth cleaning she was explaining to me each step of the process, what to expect. (of course I could not talk or respond...while she was cleaning my teeth). The process was a 3 step process and was never painful,. She was very professional and was educating me while cleaning my teeth on the proper method for brushing my teeth to preserve healthy gums, how not to brush too hard, and how to use the electric toothbrush (that I bought at Dr. Guy Lewis office on my last visit), carefully to prevent damaging my teeth - it all seemed basic but when she said that brushing my teeth after each meal is like soaking the dishes so that the crud comes off more easily later on...this was a really good analogy IMHO. :-) I told Lee that the take aways from my appointment with her was the best I have ever had during a routine teeth cleaning. In closing, she also said something that I will never forget. She said, "Only floss the teeth that you want to keep!". No that makes sense and I will forever remember it and practice her guidance. Opened up a new world for me and allowed this introvert to come out of her shell . This is a much needed addendum to my original post. If you have TMJ, bite issues where teeth dont meet properly or not confident with your smile, read my words carefully. I mean every word. Dr Lewis is a magical artist in restoring and balancing my bite. I continuously am stopped when traveling or shopping and told I have the most beautiful smile or the prettiest teeth! That was not my main reason for seeing him, but frustration over not getting answers to my teeth problems, misaligned bite, wearing enamel off teeth. No one and I have lived many places and always chose great dentists helped me or told me someone else may be able to correct my problems snd give me a gorgeous smile besides! My previous dentist brushed off my questions, and had difficulty scheduling hygiene appointments, so I knew Dr Lewis from when I lived in The Woodlands. I thought, I dont mind a drive for a good cleaning and maybe i would get answers to my questions. When he said he could fix my bit and rejuvenate my smile I was beyond thrilled. Yes it cost more but say you want to keep your teeth, and even your appearance, wow "Put your money where your mouth is!!!! It was a big project but after the initial exam and xrays , a plan was drawn up to do in segments or all at once. I chose all at once as much as possible. The team coordinated everything and with incredible attention to every detail from what they would do, when , how and what to expect. The level of professionalism and skill is unsurpassed. If you have TMJ, teeth wearing badly, skip the trips to Dentist to get your nightguard readjustment and make an appointment for a consultation to see what Dr Lewis can do for you. It changed my life, i look you ger, my face is more symmetrical looking because my teeth align normally. This man is a fine person not just a genius. He has changed not only my life, my ability to chew without pain, saved me every 3 mo visits to dentist, and gave me back a confident smile. Dont wait! Roxanne my hygienist and she is the best! She does the most thorough cleaning I have ever had anywhere before. And Dr Lewis is just the absolute magician in dentistry. No exaggeration! I had broken jaw as a child and subsequent asymmetric jaw, and bad orthodontic experience leaving me with severely worn teeth and TMJ issues on and off for years. I also have couple implants. I have worked with various dentists in Houston area and abroad. Dr Lewis and his team have exceeded all my expectations by far. Dr Lewis has changed all my crowns and veneers, upper and lower teeth. He also had to readjust my bite due to natural teeth movements with age and work done by other dentists. I have been a patient of Dr. Lewis since 2009 when i went to get a smile makeover. Last week i needed to be seen again. As in previous visits, I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months, the staff is still extremely comforting, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain any procedures. I moved out of The Woodlands over 3 years ago, but I still make the drive from downtown Houston to come back here! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Penny is the first person I see when I walk in the door, and I'm always greeted with a big smile and a great conversation while waiting for my appointment. Roxanne is hands down the best dental hygienist I've ever had - very thorough and makes the cleaning fly by pain free. Dr. Lewis gave me a beautiful set of his no-prep veneers, and Roxan does a fantastic job helping me maintain them. Not only do I love my smile again, I'm also incredibly happy that the integrity of my natural teeth were NOT jeopardized by any grinding. I never even needed any numbing. After my initial consultation I knew I was in the right place. Penny, Rachel, Ona, Cristine and Lenora....OH Lenora...(dont ever let that one get away!!) are just some of the amazing ladies that have made my visits enjoyable each time. Dr. Lewis and his staff really take time in the details from your comfort level to knowing whats important to you and for you. I have been wanting veneers for years now and I was told Dr. Lewis was the best...now that my veneers are in my smile is absolutely amazing!! There is not a mirror or a window with a reflection that I haven't met lately! Roxanne my hygienist and she is the best! She does the most thorough cleaning I have ever had anywhere before. And Dr Lewis is just the absolute magician in dentistry. No exaggeration! I had broken jaw as a child and subsequent asymmetric jaw, and bad orthodontic experience leaving me with severely worn teeth and TMJ issues on and off for years. It was a coincidence that brought me to this office. I no longer believe in coincidences! My teeth are beautiful! My bite is stable! He has restored my smile! I never believed it could be done! Teeth Whitening Experience! - I had the best experience with Dr. Lewis's great team. I had me teeth whitened with the ZOOM treatment, and my results were shocking! It didn't take too long either. I always enjoy coming to Dr Lewis’s office! Penny is always very welcoming and helpful, and just makes you feel like you’ve known her for ages. Roxanne is my dental hygienist currently, and on top of being very friendly, she always gives me a great cleaning. I’ve also been cleaned by several different hygienists and they’re all very professional, friendly, and provide great care. I was very nervous about having a cavity filled for the first time, but everyone was supportive, offered me different options and ultimately everything went very smoothly. My husband and I also used to have dual insurance for dental care which can get tricky with billing, and the employees we interacted with have always been helpful in trying to resolve any dual payment/coverage issues that we would have at times. And of course, Dr. Fisher is great - professional, great care, and family-oriented. I very much recommend this office for dental care! More

Dr. Guy Lewis is absolutely the best! I conducted months of research meeting with other cosmetic dentists before meeting Dr Lewis. Once I met him I knew he was the one! On our first visit he found a small cavity that 3 other dentists had overlooked. I live in Midland TX and traveled 9 hours. I trusted no one else with my smile. I personally know Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders who travel to have him perfect their smiles. He is, honest, detailed and will never encourage you to have a procedure you do not need, he cares about perfection. Along with the health of your teeth, he is an artist, he sees every detail. If he feels something has not come out to his standards he will fix it free of charge. If you worry about the cost, DO NOT convince yourself that saving a little money by using another dentist is justifiable. I had the same concern; however, it is not worth compromising your smile which could compromise your entire facial appearance. A smile contributes so much to your first impression, make sure it is a good one. Your personal and professional life can be dictated by your smile. And I can watch tv shows from multiple televisions whiIe in his dental chair. One while sitting up and another tv in the ceiling, while reclining. I wouldn't ever think of going anywhere else. I unfortunately chipped my front tooth and as an artist working in the beauty industry, I needed to find a Cosmetic Dentist who could take me in at a moments notice and fix my tooth, but I was scarred about it being an obvious fix as I have had horrible experiences with many other dentists. I searched online & sifted through many dentist’s in The Woodlands/Spring area & Dr. Guy Lewis of TCCD caught my attention. His reviews & portfolio were outstanding. So I called up hoping I could get in that week. Christine answered my prayers and was able to get me in for a consult that day! The TCCD Team were super friendly and very accommodating. Met the amazing Dr. Lewis and he was able to fix my tooth right then & there! He was extremely pleasant to work with & takes your needs and wants into consideration(I was very particular about my teeth looking as natural as possible). It has now been over two weeks since my tooth has been fixed and I still cannot tell that I ever had it chipped(even with a 10x mirror!). He is a true artist! Can’t thank him and his staff enough. Unfortunately, I was unable to receive the type of dental care needed in my childhood years and Dr. Lewis has help me during the past 15 years improve the appearance of my teeth and smile. Not only do I love my smile again, I'm also incredibly happy that the integrity of my natural teeth were NOT jeopardized by any grinding. I never even needed any numbing. I have been a patient of Dr. Lewis' since 1996 ?when I had a lucky day and picked him out of a phone book as the dentist to do my first root canal. I have lived in other states, as I do now, and make the trip to the Woodlands to see Dr. Lewis and it is well worth it. I have a LOT of cosmetic dentistry due to tetracycline staining. I have used other dentists due to convenience when I was not living in Texas and these resulted in dental disasters which had to be repaired/redone by Dr. Lewis. Very few dentists have the attention to detail that Dr. Lewis has when it comes to cosmetic dentistry. It is important to everyone at his office that I feel comfortable with what needs to be done, and the staff and Dr. Lewis are very good at listening to what is going on and what the end result should be. Dr. Atabakhsh is someone whose services I had hoped I would never need, but when I did, the care I received was outstanding and caring. Dr. Lewis' office manager Cristine has helped me out on weekends and after hours when I have had a few crisis events with my teeth, and it is reassuring to know that she is always there to help. I cannot say enough about Brenda, Dr. Lewis' assistant. She is so caring and kind and very compassionate. Penny at the front is always cheerful and happy to help. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say I am very appreciative of the smile that I have because of Dr. Lewis and his amazing staff. My teeth were incredibly bad, and they have been turned into a work of art. He is, honest, detailed and will never encourage you to have a procedure you do not need, he cares about perfection. Along with the health of your teeth, he is an artist, he sees every detail. If he feels something has not come out to his standards he will fix it free of charge. If you worry about the cost, DO NOT convince yourself that saving a little money by using another dentist is justifiable. I had the same concern; however, it is not worth compromising your smile which could compromise your entire facial appearance. A smile contributes so much to your first impression, make sure it is a good one. Your personal and professional life can be dictated by your smile. I unfortunately chipped my front tooth and as an artist working in the beauty industry, I needed to find a Cosmetic Dentist who could take me in at a moments notice and fix my tooth, but I was scarred about it being an obvious fix as I have had horrible experiences with many other dentists. I searched online & sifted through many dentist’s in The Woodlands/Spring area & Dr. Guy Lewis of TCCD caught my attention. His reviews & portfolio were outstanding. So I called up hoping I could get in that week. Christine answered my prayers and was able to get me in for a consult that day! The TCCD Team were super friendly and very accommodating. Met the amazing Dr. Lewis and he was able to fix my tooth right then & there! He was extremely pleasant to work with & takes your needs and wants into consideration(I was very particular about my teeth looking as natural as possible). It has now been over two weeks since my tooth has been fixed and I still cannot tell that I ever had it chipped(even with a 10x mirror!). He is a true artist! Can’t thank him and his staff enough. The experience regarding this my first visit was very positive. There is not enough good things I can say about Dr Lewis, his expertise, his practice, his professional integrity and his staff. My teeth were badly stained before I was born due to my mother's use of tetracycline while pregnant. They thought I was an illness ! All my life I had dreamed of having beautiful, white teeth instead of my stained but otherwise healthy and straightened teeth. I tend to become anxious because I metabolize anesthesia quickly; I am always a nervous wreck before a significant procedure. Ashlee and Dr. Fisher were kind and comforting, professional and confident. They worked quickly and efficiently while I watched Sports Center above them. We moved to Phoenix from The Woodlands, Texas last year and on Monday of this week I cracked a tooth that required immediate attention. I called Cristine in Dr. Lewis' office and she scheduled me for an appointment on Wednesday. I flew to Houston that day and Dr Lewis did an excellent job repairing the tooth with a crown, as well as, fixing several other cosmetic problems that needed repair. Best Dentist in Texas - Cristine scheduled me for an appointment on short notice after a tooth cracked. I flew to Houston from Phoenix yesterday morning. There is not enough good things I can say about Dr Lewis, his expertise, his practice, his professional integrity and his staff. My teeth were badly stained before I was born due to my mother's use of tetracycline while pregnant. They thought I was an illness ! All my life I had dreamed of having beautiful, white teeth instead of my stained but otherwise healthy and straightened teeth. My regular dentist initially told me about veneers and once I made the decision to go ahead my husband and I researched the experts in the field and dr Lewis and his practice was the one we decided on. I have been glad many times since then. Dr Lewis and his staff care for his patients' safety and comfort is unparalleled. His dedication and the many hours he spent in making sure his work was absolutely perfect is priceless. He is truly an artist and has the right touch in addition to being a highly experienced and trained professional on his field. I consider him the Michelangelo of teeth! I am a nervous wreck about going to the dentist. I moved to the Woodlands last July and had been putting off finding a new dentist. Received a mailer from Dr. Lewis and decided to call. Penny was so very nice on the phone and she verified my insurance, even though I didn't have the 800 number. I told her I was not the best dental patient and she told me that Roxanna and Dr. Fisher were fantastic. When I got to the office, it was nice and I was nervous, but Penny was right. Being new to the area I tried this office for a teeth cleaning as I had not had one in over a year. For the past 20 years I have gone twice a year and have almost flawless exams. The first thing the dentist did was tell me all the things cosmetically wrong with my teeth and all of the things he could do to fix them. They were pretty pushy about it. It started with probing questions from the hygienist and then was a full court press by the dentist. This dentist then tried to convince me I had 10 cavities and one was so bad that I was going to have to have my tooth capped. He even showed me x-rays that he claimed showed the damage. This was shocking due to the fact that I am pretty meticulous about my dental hygiene, felt no pain, had not changed any of my habits in the past year and had pretty much always had spotless checkups. I decided to get a second opinion from a dentist in Sterling Ridge. Not sure what the difference is in their equipment or their training but she took the same x-rays and inspected my teeth. She could not find a single cavity and exclaimed I was blessed with healthy teeth, I was diligent about my dental health or a combination of both. Needless to say I will take my chances with someone other than Dr Guy or Dr Fisher. Don't let all the pictures of the sports stars that are on their wall fool you into thinking they provide some sort of superior care. Go to these guys at your own risk! More

Starting with the most friendly receptionist I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, to the friendly hygienists and of course the expertise that Dr. Lewis has on how to give you the perfect smile! Worth every minute in my car traveling from Houston to the Woodlands! While cosmetic dentistry can be super expensive they work with you to break it down and provide options for your budget. In fact, I have never seen an office so advanced and so focused on solutions that best suit the patient. There is no "close enough" with them, and they sincerely want only the highest caliber results. I am very happy to have found them and wish that I had found them sooner, because it would have saved me lots of time and money had I done so. If you need aesthetic work done, I would be very cautious using a dentist who is not practically and philosophically focused on cosmetic outcomes, whether they be crowns, veneers, bonding, or replacing metal fillings. In the Woodlands , we have several great dentist . I am extremely happy I chose Dr.Lewis office. They are very professional , very nice ,very caring but what impressed me the most is there excellence . They made sure I was completely happy with my results . I had veneers done because I wanted a whiter smile .I also had tiny looking teeth so they trimmed the gums and exposed more of the tooth . No pain ! I love my smile . When I walked in I hated my teeth, crooked teeth runs in my family and even after braces and retainers they always seemed to go right back to where they were before, but after Dr.Lewis got done with my teeth they were whiter and brighter! All I can say is Wow! I'm so impressed. I am clearly the biggest whimp there is when it comes to the dentist. Not only is the place beautiful, but they are so caring and thoughtful as well. While getting ready for church on Sunday mornings, I would watch the Best Docs program. Dr. Guy Lewis just stood out to me as the dentist I would try to get to do my major dental work. I contacted his office, and from the moment I entered his office, everyone was exceptionally pleasant to me. I had a huge fear of going to the dentist, but that was quickly put to rest after Dr. Lewis told me they were going to make me smile again, and stated Dr. David Fisher would be doing my work. Words cannot express the happiness this office has brought into my life. I am smiling so much now, that my friends are joking constantly telling me to please close my mouth! And you know what, I don't have to anymore! I have a new smile and thanks to the entire staff at The Texas Center for Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry I can mingle and jingle with all of my friends and family without the embarrassment of having front teeth missing. I personally want to thank Sarah, Susan, Ashley, Tracey, Ginger, Tara, Dr. Guy Lewis, Dr. David Fisher, and all of the other names I didn't mention, for being so professional and courteous to me. And you know what, there was NO pain!! I wasn't expecting that, it just came with the procedure!!! I have always been self-conscious about my teeth and decided that because I was getting married what better time to get veneers then now. Dr. Lewis and his team were so helpful during the entire process and have been ever since. I LOVE my teeth now and can't seem to smile big enough!! More
This is a little late in coming, but it's to a great team who will never be forgotten. After my hefty dental makeover, we had to make a big move to Europe. We miss our "little family". The treatment I received ... there are no words to describe. With all of the support that came so lovingly, I stayed very strong and positive. I am so proud of my teeth and - as Dr. Lewis says - that million dollar smile! He is one in a million himself. He is my "gentle giant", but not enough can be said for the team he has around him. I started going to Dr. Lewis when I was little and then moved away and tried different Dentists in that area. By far, Dr. Lewis has been the most gentle Dentist that I have gone to. I recently had the privilege to go back to his office and get a cleaning and Zoom Whitening done. Although, I was not able to get in with Dr. Lewis I still had the same experience with his fellow colleague and Dental Assistant team. They were all very wonderful, warm and welcoming. I highly recommend going to Dr. Lewis and his team for any of your dental needs. More

The Texas Center for Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry is the best in the Houston area. Dr. Lewis is well respected in the Sports industry by being the Houston Astros, Houston Rockets, and many other professional athletes team dentist. Everywhere you look you can see the sports memorabilia of the athletes Dr. Lewis has worked with. I play in the New York Yankees Organization so it is very encouraging to see that, and it shows that Dr. Lewis is one of the best in the country. Last week I received a full cleaning and zoom whitening treatment. When Dr. Lewis did the final checkup, he introduced the new Under Armour Mouthpiece. A lot of professional baseball players are using this product, and I can't wait to get mine in a week. The atmosphere and people that work there really make it a great time.
