I have been a patient of Dr. Lewis' since 1996 ?when I had a lucky day and picked him out of a phone book as the dentist to do my first root canal.  I have lived in other states, as I do now, and make the trip to the Woodlands to see Dr. Lewis and it is well worth it.  I have a LOT of cosmetic dentistry due to tetracycline staining.  I have used other dentists due to convenience when I was not living in Texas and these resulted in dental disasters which had to be repaired/redone by Dr. Lewis.  Very few dentists have the attention to detail that Dr. Lewis has when it comes to cosmetic dentistry.  It is important to everyone at his office that I feel comfortable with what needs to be done, and the staff and Dr. Lewis are very good at listening to what is going on and what the end result should be.  Dr. Atabakhsh is someone whose services I had hoped I would never need, but when I did, the care I received was outstanding and caring.  Dr. Lewis' office manager Cristine has helped me out on weekends and after hours when I have had a few crisis events with my teeth, and it is reassuring to know that she is always there to help. I cannot say enough about Brenda, Dr. Lewis' assistant.  She is so caring and kind and very compassionate.  Penny at the front is always cheerful and happy to help.  I could go on and on, but suffice it to say I am very appreciative of the smile that I have because of Dr. Lewis and his amazing staff.  My teeth were incredibly bad, and they have been turned into a work of art.  I can't make this stuff up!  ;)  As I tell Dr. Lewis, the only thing wrong with him is that he is a Sooner fan (I am a Longhorn).  Thank you for everything! Had the first step in the process of implant- D... - Had the first step in the process of implant- Dr. Atabakhsh did a wonderful job. Even the injections for numbing were less painful than I imagined, but after the medication took effect, the procedure was pain free. I am learning to not be anxious when coming to the dentist! More

Hands down best experience! Penny at the front desk was sensational. She greeted me with a smile, was very comforting, and a true professional. The best person to have as the first person you see. Julie was also fantastic. So kind and helpful. Both are true assets to Dr. Lewis’ team. Finally, Dr. Atabakhsh was phenomenal. He put my daughter at ease and did such an awesome job removing her wisdom teeth. Thank you all for making this experience a great one! More

I did a lot of research prior to settling on Texas Center For Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry, Dr. Guy Lewis and staff. I am getting Implants, Veneers and etc.. I am currently a work in progress. My surgeon is Dr. Atabakhsh and for my "SMILE" I have Dr. Fisher. They have different dispositions, yet I feel confident with both. They answer all of my questions and are very patient and understanding. The office staff is outstanding. More

Dr. Atabakhsh performed a crown lengthening procedure recommended by my dentist. The surgery was performed following my initial examination visit at which time he explained the procedure in detail to me and answered all of my questions. I had no complications during or after the surgery, and my dentist was able to complete the crown work after a two week healing process. Based on my experiences with other oral surgeons in the past, I would rate my experience with Dr. Atabakhsh as excellent. More

I had fairly extensive periodontal surgery (and subsequent follow-up work, including cleanings) on my teeth completed by Dr. Atabakhsh and his staff. I have never had such an excellent experience with any dentist, let alone a periodontist. Dr. Atabakhsh and his entire staff are above excellent. Gentle care and friendly throughout I could not recommend anyone more than Dr. Atabakhsh. I have since relocated out of the area for my work and I will miss the professional service provided. More

Very kind, friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Atabakhsh is very kind and informative. I had surgery with him a few months ago and he was very aware of my pain management during and after surgery. I had a broken tooth that needed immediate attention and still needed wisdom teeth removed. Other oral surgeons couldn't fit me in their schedule right away. He was wonderful through the whole process and let me choose which way to proceed with treatment. He actually recommended the less radical treatment, which I did choose. Highly recommend him to others! More

I had been suffering with loose and infected teeth for the past few years. It was affecting my personal life, my job, and my health. Finally my cardiologist said that I had to fix my teeth because I was at risk for another heart attack! Dr. Atabakhsh was the only periodontist that I could trust with my treatment. He is a licensed periodontist who can do I.V. sedation, so all of my treatment was done while I was sleep. He saved my teeth and replaced the missing teeth with dental implants. More

Dr. Atabakhsh is very knowledgeable in his field. He diagnosed my auto-immune disease when several regular medical doctors could not find-out what was wrong with me. He is an A level periodontist in my view. More

Excellent treatment - I hope you can pass along to your entire staff my thanks for the excellent treatment I received yesterday. Everyone made me feel as thought they were going above-and-beyond the call of duty. Dr Lewis and Dr. Atabakhsh are both practitioners without peer. My entire experience was virtually pain free and that speaks volumes about their expertise. Amy and Brenda's attentiveness was wonderful and Jennifer's massage during my time in the chair was over the top. Talking with my fiancé this morning, I don't image there is another facility around that would be willing to do as much as you all did for me in one sitting (which I think was around 12 hours). The temps I have in now look great so I can't even image how good the permanent teeth will look. I am extremely excited about the whole procedure and would really appreciate it if you could extend my thanks to your entire crew. If there is anyone I have failed to mention here I apologize. You all seem to be a really cohesive team and I would highly recommend your services to anyone who would like a great looking smile. Your team delivers!! Thanks again. More
