"No cavities!! What a delightful thing to hear at my 6 month appointment. Dr Lewis really believes in having his clients have regular check ups. As a senior, I like to take advantage of everything offered to continue to have good teeth and gums. I have an oral cancer screening yearly, and a laser treatment bi-yearly to help prevent germs from causing possible gum disease. The staff are highly trained in their jobs and are the greatest in caring for the patient’s comfort. They always have a warm blanket ready for me. At the end of my visit, Dr Lewis provides a “to go” kit with a new toothbrush, toothpaste, floss and a few other pertinent dental items. Whether you’re having problems with your teeth or would like your smile to look better, Dr Lewis is the man to see. He sure gave me a smile to be proud of back in 2015. I’ve never had one single problem with my veneers in the 9 years since. And, unbelievably, getting veneers doesn’t even hurt. What a blessing!!"
"First visit with Dr Lewis and first time having my teeth professionally whitened. My experience from beginning to end was 5 star. Dr Lewis has a warm bed side manner and his staff are very accommodating to making you feel comfortable especially for folks that don’t necessarily enjoy going to the dentist. Going in for my first teeth whitening experience was exciting. I would go ready to sit for a while. My suggestion, bring some ear buds to distract you. I had my phone handy and the time flew by. When my teeth were complete I was beyond pleased with my results. My teeth have never been whiter!! I was truly amazed that my teeth were not more sensitive during and after the process. I am not sure if it was all the prep work that was done prior to putting the bleach on but I was pain and sensitivity free. Highly recommend going to visit Dr Lewis and his staff you will walk out with a smile on your face."

"As a former Dental Hygienist, I sought Dr. Lewis's expertise when I needed to have several anterior crowns replaced. He and his Staff took the time to create a beautiful smile for me which included veneers as well. I have had TMJ problems for over 40+ years and have worn through many nightguards and still had pain. "I visited Dr Lewis to have some old veneers replaced on six of my upper teeth. I had braces and my first set of veneers twenty years ago (I am 53) initially to improve the color and shape of my teeth and correct the midline between my front teeth.. The braces and veneers were only partially successful because my teeth were still too many and too large. I had run out of teeth that could be removed to make extra space to further straighten my teeth. Over the years I resigned myself to having a slightly wonky smile. During my consultation with Dr Lewis, however, I asked if he could completely straighten my front teeth, correct the midline and balance my smile by making the front teeth less prominent, He agreed this was possible. By using full crowns on all my upper teeth Dr Lewis was able to correct the position of my upper teeth so they are completely straight and all in the correct, symmetrical position and a healthy colour.. This correction has also significantly lifted my facial features and some of my acquaintances assume I have had an actual facelift! Dr Lewis is the cosmetic dentist to see if you, like me, have made numerous attempts to correct complex dental issues. He takes the time to discuss all the options and the reasons for presenting these options. He is relaxed and reassuring. It is obvious that Dr Lewis and his team care about their clients and want them to have the best treatment outcome. Dr Lewis is supported by an outstanding team. "I brought my daughter to Dr. Lewis's office because she had some staining and bonding issues from previous dental work which she was highly sensitive about, and felt like her smile was ugly. She has always hated the dentist, but after her experience at this office, she will be a forever patient. After her cleaning with Leigh, who made her feel beautiful, her faith in dentistry was restored. This office and their staff was amazing and I can't recommend them more. It was worth the almost two hour drive! If you have a child that has had bad dental experiences I would not hesitate to make an appointment!"
"On Tuesday, July 6, 2021 I went into Dr. Guy Lewis' office for my regularly scheduled 6-month teeth cleaning. What a great Dental Hygienist: Lee Cook was so great! Thank you Lee! Here is why she is so great: as she worked on my teeth cleaning she was explaining to me each step of the process, what to expect. (of course I could not talk or respond...while she was cleaning my teeth). The process was a 3 step process and was never painful,. She was very professional and was educating me while cleaning my teeth on the proper method for brushing my teeth to preserve healthy gums, how not to brush too hard, and how to use the electric toothbrush (that I bought at Dr. Guy Lewis office on my last visit), carefully to prevent damaging my teeth - it all seemed basic but when she said that brushing my teeth after each meal is like soaking the dishes so that the crud comes off more easily later on...this was a really good analogy IMHO. :-) I told Lee that the take aways from my appointment with her was the best I have ever had during a routine teeth cleaning. In closing, she also said something that I will never forget. She said, "Only floss the teeth that you want to keep!". No that makes sense and I will forever remember it and practice her guidance. Lee is the best!!"

"Went for my overdue cleaning yesterday at TCfCD with concerns about procedure and exposure. I came away from the cleaning by Roxanne with a great comfort that no only did she do a great job cleaning my teeth, but the procedures and steps taken to safeguard the client and technician were outstanding. Everyone would feel very comfortable in these ‘interesting’ times to have such a great professional clean your teeth. Still the absolutely Best - Texas Center for Cosmetic Dentistry. Great care for the clients and for office personnel."
"This is a much needed addendum to my original post. If you have TMJ, bite issues where teeth dont meet properly or not confident with your smile, read my words carefully. I mean every word. Dr Lewis is a magical artist in restoring and balancing my bite. I continuously am stopped when traveling or shopping and told I have the most beautiful smile or the prettiest teeth! That was not my main reason for seeing him, but frustration over not getting answers to my teeth problems, misaligned bite, wearing enamel off teeth. No one and I have lived many places and always chose great dentists helped me or told me someone else may be able to correct my problems snd give me a gorgeous smile besides! My previous dentist brushed off my questions, and had difficulty scheduling hygiene appointments, so I knew Dr Lewis from when I lived in The Woodlands. I thought, I dont mind a drive for a good cleaning and maybe i would get answers to my questions. When he said he could fix my bit and rejuvenate my smile I was beyond thrilled. Yes it cost more but say you want to keep your teeth, and even your appearance, wow "Put your money where your mouth is!!!! It was a big project but after the initial exam and xrays , a plan was drawn up to do in segments or all at once. I chose all at once as much as possible. The team coordinated everything and with incredible attention to every detail from what they would do, when , how and what to expect. The level of professionalism and skill is unsurpassed. If you have TMJ, teeth wearing badly, skip the trips to Dentist to get your nightguard readjustment and make an appointment for a consultation to see what Dr Lewis can do for you. It changed my life, i look you ger, my face is more symmetrical looking because my teeth align normally. This man is a fine person not just a genius. He has changed not only my life, my ability to chew without pain, saved me every 3 mo visits to dentist, and gave me back a confident smile. Dont wait! Roxanne my hygienist and she is the best! She does the most thorough cleaning I have ever had anywhere before. And Dr Lewis is just the absolute magician in dentistry. No exaggeration! I had broken jaw as a child and subsequent asymmetric jaw, and bad orthodontic experience leaving me with severely worn teeth and TMJ issues on and off for years. It was a coincidence that brought me to this office. I no longer believe in coincidences! My teeth are beautiful! My bite is stable! He has restored my smile! I never believed it could be done! I will forever be thankful for his talents and patience and the kindness and care of the entire staff! Amazing what he can do!!! This Changed my life."

"Yes, it is expensive. BUT I WAS ABSOLUTELY BLOWN AWAY by Dr Lewis’s attention to every little detail, his passion to make your smile gorgeous and quality of work. Dr Lewis and his nurses are absolutely amazing. I have a condition that causes my enamel deteriorate over time. By the age of 25 all my teeth were covered with veneers or crowns. I also have couple implants. I have worked with various dentists in Houston area and abroad. Dr Lewis and his team have exceeded all my expectations by far. Dr Lewis has changed all my crowns and veneers, upper and lower teeth. He also had to readjust my bite due to natural teeth movements with age and work done by other dentists. I get tons of compliments on how beautiful my teeth are. I have never felt this confident about my smile. It has made a huge impact on my life. Not to mention how comfortable all my teeth feel, my gums are a lot healthier now too. They don’t bleed or hurt nearly as much as before I got to work with Dr Lewis. "My husband and I along with our two girls (ages 7 and 2) are all patients of Dr. Lewis. I have never worked with a more caring and thorough staff, very impressive. From front desk staff, assistants to Dr. Lewis; it is apparent they are a true team and there for each patient. The facility is amazing and located perfectly. In-between x-rays, cleanings or consultations, we were never left alone or unsure of the timeline of the visit. All costs were explained in detail beforehand and each option discussed. "I moved out of The Woodlands over 3 years ago, but I still make the drive from downtown Houston to come back here! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Penny is the first person I see when I walk in the door, and I'm always greeted with a big smile and a great conversation while waiting for my appointment. Roxanne is hands down the best dental hygienist I've ever had - very thorough and makes the cleaning fly by pain free. Dr. Lewis gave me a beautiful set of his no-prep veneers, and Roxan does a fantastic job helping me maintain them. I could transfer to a dentist much closer to downtown, but there's really no other dental office I can trust and enjoy visiting more than Texas Center for Cosmetic Dentistry."

"I have been going to the Texas Center for Cosmetic Dentistry (Dr Lewis & Associates) for almost 20 years. The receptionist Penny usually greets me, confirms my schedule and offers me refreshing drinks or snacks, after my visit and is very personable too. My dental hygienist is Roxanne, who I request personally for each cleaning because she is very thorough, very professional, as well as pleasant and engaging. In fact I think that all the staff interactions I've ever had, have been always helpful, friendly and focused on my oral hygiene and dental well being. The reception, office and dental facilities are top class and utilize the latest proven dental technologies. I have had dental work from Dr Lewis and a number of his dental associates over the years. My experiences are that the outcomes have been positive and ultimately have resolved any dental issues I have had, while maintaining my oral health for the long term."

From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted warmly and enthusiastically by Penny! I was then introduced to Ashlee, who I absolutely love!!! I had a root canal performed last week Thursday and they were so accommodating and the procedure was seamless. There was minimal discomfort afterwards and by the next day I felt fine. "I have been seeing Dr. Lewis and his staff since I was a teenager for my dental needs so I have grown up with this practice and have come to expect a level of excellence that frankly, other offices are unable to compete with. As a struggling college student, I was tempted a few times to find a cheaper, or closer, alternative and I all that I gained were experiences that gave me more anxiety than I had bargained for. Dr. Lewis and his staff are simply THE BEST. I’ve long given up shopping around; I can not put a price on the peace of mind, care and quality of service that I receive each time I step into this practice. Recently, due to a problematic tooth that I put off dealing with (I’m a teacher and a mom so that should explain that) and a flare up of TMJ, I cracked a tooth and part of it broke off two workdays before the Christmas holiday break. Dr. Fisher, who I have been seeing for the last 4 or 5 years, graciously made room in his schedule for me to come in the next day and was prepared to complete a root canal and prep the tooth for a crown. I realize this review is long but if you’re like me, the idea of electric tools in tour mouth causes a significant amount of stress and anxiety. When I read reviews, I want ALL the details!!! I tend to become anxious because I metabolize anesthesia quickly; I am always a nervous wreck before a significant procedure. Ashlee quickly put me at ease and despite over 3 hours in the dental chair, I had quite a lovely time with Ashlee. Actually, it was the most fun I had ever had during an almost-root canal!! Ashlee and Dr. Fisher were kind and comforting, professional and confident. They worked quickly and efficiently while I watched Sports Center above them. They checked on me constantly: providing updates, information, and cocoa butter for my lips. Is it possible to feel pampered at the dentist? Absolutely. If you don’t feel this level of comfort and confidence in your dentist, or can’t imagine feeling this way about any dentist, I strongly encourage you to check out Dr. Lewis and Dr. Fisher. They, along with their incredible staff, are the gold standard in dentistry."

Penny was so very nice on the phone and she verified my insurance, even though I didn't have the 800 number. "Being new to the area I tried this office for a teeth cleaning as I had not had one in over a year. For the past 20 years I have gone twice a year and have almost flawless exams. The first thing the dentist did was tell me all the things cosmetically wrong with my teeth and all of the things he could do to fix them. They were pretty pushy about it. It started with probing questions from the hygienist and then was a full court press by the dentist. This dentist then tried to convince me I had 10 cavities and one was so bad that I was going to have to have my tooth capped. He even showed me x-rays that he claimed showed the damage. This was shocking due to the fact that I am pretty meticulous about my dental hygiene, felt no pain, had not changed any of my habits in the past year and had pretty much always had spotless checkups. I decided to get a second opinion from a dentist in Sterling Ridge. Not sure what the difference is in their equipment or their training but she took the same x-rays and inspected my teeth. She could not find a single cavity and exclaimed I was blessed with healthy teeth, I was diligent about my dental health or a combination of both. Needless to say I will take my chances with someone other than Dr Guy or Dr Fisher. Don't let all the pictures of the sports stars that are on their wall fool you into thinking they provide some sort of superior care. Go to these guys at your own risk!"

"This Tuesday, I went to Dr. Guy M. Lewis' office to get a filling. My dad and I arrive early, because my dad's appointment is before mine. We are immediately greeted by the extremely friendly Whitney. As we are waiting, she kindly tells us they have food and water to drink, if needed. My dad goes in for his appointment, and I am alone in the waiting room. Whitney, kindly tries to get to know me better. She begins to ask me about the school I go to and my interests, and she made me feel so welcomed. She converses with me on and off for 2 and a half hours, as my dad gets work done. The usually boring waiting time found in most dentist offices was not had at all! I appreciated Whitney getting to know me so much! Then, Letty calls me in for my appointment. She kindly asks how I am doing and my pain tolerance; she really cares that I have the most calm visit. Then, she assists the dentist in doing my filling, and they do it in the most efficient way possible. I am then done with my visit at Dr. Guy Lewis', and Letty wishes me a great day. I love all the employers here. They make me feel welcomed. As I was walking out of the office, I began to feel a bit sad. The visit was so nice, and I did not want to leave! And that is saying a lot for a dentist! I would highly recommend this building to anyone! And I am now have a new respect/passion for the dental industry!"
