Deposits and Cancelations

We make every effort to respect our patients’ time, and we ask that our patients do the same for us in return. We request that patients give us at least a 48-hour notice if they will be unable to make an appointment so that we may try to give their time to another patient in need. If a patient does not inform us, we reserve the right to assess a no-show or rebooking fee. Similarly, in order to schedule our patients efficiently, we require a deposit for most new patient and major dental operation appointments.
