Loved my experience at Dr. Lewis’s office. Everyone is so friendly from Penny at the front desk to the assistants helping Dr. Lewis. Lenora was a great assistant during my final veneer visit. Dr. Lewis is always so easy to talk to and made the veneer process smooth and made me less anxious about the procedure with having a couple of laughs during my visits. Most important, I love my teeth thanks to Dr. Lewis and his team. Would recommend his office to anyone with dental or cosmetic needs!

I wonder just how often one chooses to schedule two separate appointments with their dental office on the very same day? Well, I did and want to say "thank you" to Dr. Guy Lewis and his team. From the moment I entered the office there was a warm welcome from Penny, then off to spend time with Roxanna and her assistant for my cleaning, which was thorough and informative. Later in the afternoon I was back for some follow up work where Dr. Lewis worked his magic to insure my smile remains happy and healthy. Lenora is a gem, I smiled, nodded and even laughed all while in the chair with her hands working away. Then Julie, who you can easily sense has a caring and supportive nature patiently walks you through the check out process. It takes great leadership to assemble a team that excels on every level of service provided. This is what you can expect from Dr. Guy Lewis and his Team.

Being in the customer service business im pretty hard to impress and going to the dentist has never been at the top of my "things I cant wait to do" list, but its easy to say that Dr. Lewis and his staff have customer service mastered! After my initial consultation I knew I was in the right place. Penny, Rachel, Ona, Cristine and Lenora....OH Lenora...(dont ever let that one get away!!) are just some of the amazing ladies that have made my visits enjoyable each time. Dr. Lewis and his staff really take time in the details from your comfort level to knowing whats important to you and for you. I have been wanting veneers for years now and I was told Dr. Lewis was the best...now that my veneers are in my smile is absolutely amazing!! There is not a mirror or a window with a reflection that I haven't met lately! I had no idea how much care Dr. Lewis would take in making sure my smile complimented me in every way...His expectations were far higher than mine and that brought me not only comfort but an amazing result.
